Artist Info: Cecilia Mcdowall

London-born Cecilia McDowall is a classical music composer. The daughter of the flautist Harold Clarke, she was educated at Edinburgh and London Universities and later became a student at the Trinity College of Music. She has been shortlisted for two British Composer Awards.
