Artist Info: Catscam

Catscam was an organic electro-step group from Vancouver, formed in the late 90's as a duo (Mike Cantelon and Justin Ray) performing lo-fi noisecore with turntables, computers and drum machines. Later, Catscam added guitarist Trevor Carpenter with his bevy of electronic effects pedals, before their release of Clean Up Code. Later, Catscam released a live album before going into an extended hiatus.

All Catscam recordings were recorded into two channels, so no further mixing or editing was possible. [read more...]
