After The Kingsmen Quartet name was sold to Charles Burke in 2001, The Kingsmen members toured and recorded for 3 years as The Carolina Boys Quartet. By 2004, Ray Dean Reese had established this group enough that Charles Burke sold the name back to Ray. Lineups for this group included:
