Originally from Belgium, Carl Durant is a seasoned songwriter with a keen ear for melody and arrangements bringing you an ear fondling mix of finger picked and strummed guitar songs.

His sound lingers between The Decemberists and Placebo with a hint of REM and a tad of James Blunt's lyrical style . Although often starting from a base of acoustic guitar, this is no country and no folk.
