Capital Scam is a punk rock band formed in 2004 in a town named Beaumont, Texas by former members of Dead Dogs, Destruction League and the Sex Dolls. After playing a hand full of shows and recording the first album (Nuclear War 2005) the band relocated to Austin, TX .
