Brenda has been a featured soloist on numerous recordings including The Sacramento Mass Choir, The Chicago Mass Choir "Right Now If You Believe", Isaac and James "Fishers of Men" and Wanda Nero Butler. In 1990 Brenda was the featured soloist at the Bay Area Gospel Music Awards and in 1991 and 1996 was nominated for the award Bay Area Gospel Female Soloist.
