Hassan Shaya Muhammad (born June 24, 1996), popularly known as BigSmokeChapo, formerly SouthsideSmoke, is an American artist born in Wake County, North Carolina and raised in Clayton County, Georgia.

According to Chapo, he has been around music “his whole life,” with his grandfather being a jazz player and both of his parents rapping.
