Said to be one of the main influences for the production style in Madonna's 2000 release MUSIC, Philosophic Wax is the one and only foray into music by self-proclaimed renaissance man Aristotle Wilde.

With no musical talent to speak of and a penchant for electronics, Aristotle Wilde utilized equipment in the drug den of a recording studio he resided in at the corner of Hollywood and Ivar in Hollywood, CA to hammer out these tunes.
