270bis is an Italian folk/rock band, referable to the "rac" area. The name comes from the article of the Italian penal code which punishes subversive associations, that is to say, those associations which aim to subvert the democratic order. The band formed in 1993 in Rome, with Marcello De Angelis, Claudio Scotti, Antonello Patrizi and the drummer Gianluca Rizzante.
