21 OUTS is a 3 piece Galway based band led by multi-instrumentalist Ballina native Philip Cassidy.

The music is emotive and captivating. It is predominantly Blues influenced Melodic Hard Rock with a dirty edge. The music has its softer moments also and the band is no stranger to the acoustic set. There is something for everybody at a 21 OUTS show.
