Artist Info: 1st Offence

1) 1st Offence came from Livingston in Scotland and were active in the early 80's. They released a 7" ep on Chaos records in 1982 called The Night That The Punks Turned Ugly.

2) 1st Offence is Eelke Kalberg, an Oldschool Hardcore producer, He started to appear on thunderdome around 1997 and released the e.p. "Throw da Madness".
