The Land: The Live Album is a live album by American singer-songwriter Mitski, released on October 16, 2025, through Dead Oceans. The album captures performances from Mitski’s 2024 world tour supporting her critically acclaimed studio album The Land Is Inhospitable and So Are We.
Recorded over three nights at The Fox Theatre in Atlanta, Georgia, the release documents Mitski’s dynamic stage presence and theatrical performance style. The recordings were produced and mixed by Mitski’s longtime collaborator Patrick Hyland, with mastering by Ryan Smith.
The digital edition of the album features 21 tracks drawn from across Mitski’s discography, including fan favorites such as “Washing Machine Heart,” “I Bet on Losing Dogs,” “First Love / Late Spring,” “My Love Mine All Mine,” and “Nobody.” The vinyl edition, limited to 3,000 copies, contains 12 tracks and is scheduled to ship in early 2026.
Proceeds from the Bandcamp “Name Your Price” digital release support the nonprofit organization Direct Relief, reflecting Mitski and Dead Oceans’ continued commitment to charitable initiatives.
