"ebb and flow" is the fifth single released by Ray. It was released in two versions, a CD+DVD edition and a CD Only Edition. The title track was used as the second opening theme for the anime "Nagi no Asukara". "凪-nagi-" was used as the insert song for the same anime and was previously released on Ray's first album, RAYVE.
